The year ahead is filled with promise, and I can’t wait to celebrate and share my new achievements with you. I’m already grateful for everything this fresh start brings. With a heart full of hope and excitement, I’m ready to take on the challenges and opportunities that come my way. I’m determined to give my all.
As the New Year begins, I am filled with anticipation and excitement for the journey ahead. I look forward to trying new things and pushing the boundaries of my creativity, relying on the strength I’ve gained over the past year as I venture into this new one.
Reflecting on the past year, I am proud of my growth as an emerging artist. From gaining representation in a gallery to crafting a strong CV highlighting my accomplishments in one year, it’s crazy how credibly lucky I am to have so many opportunities open up in my journey of love and loss. I am grateful to everyone who saw my vision and selected me for so much. I’ve listened to my inner voice and made brave choices, walking away from situations that didn’t align with my core values and affected my mental health.
On a more optimistic note, navigating life’s challenges hones our ability to find joy, learn from our experiences, and grow through our failures. Each setback is an opportunity to rise again, take control of our journey, and move forward purposefully. As someone deeply passionate about my craft, I wholeheartedly embrace the prospect of new challenges ahead.
Last year, I faced the challenge of balancing art with my personal life. However, I learned to prioritize my commitments and manage my time effectively, which has made me even more determined and excited for the year ahead. As artists, our personal lives are meaningful, and we need periods of rest to tackle the long hours of painting, not to mention the little stuff, my love of writing and IG in between. To paint, I now paint for 4 hours, take a break for an hour, and repeat this into the night. It’s like magic.
These decisions have fueled my resilience and creativity, helping me navigate a world that often poses challenges. Despite the obstacles, I remain determined to embrace new experiences. Whether a success or a setback, each step brings valuable lessons that propel me forward. I am eager to continue this journey with hope and the determination to achieve even greater things in the coming year and years, inviting collectors to connect to their investments in this journey of love and loss, which eventually end at some point in my life when it is my time to ascend peacefully to the other side.
